Once a struggling mama like you, I’ve turned into a Real Strong Mom. I’m a personal trainer and a fat loss coach but more important than the letters after my name.. I am a mom, a friend, a wife, a daughter, and a woman who has fought for her life…
I don’t say “fought for my life” lightly because I know how it feels to be so deep in the trenches of motherhood that you can not find your way out. Who am I? Whose body is this? Who have I become? Where have I gone? Is there hope?
Mama, I found my way… so can you. And that is why you are here.
I won’t help you lose 10 pounds in a week but I will teach you about real food & real fitness for real life.

It is my personal mission to help mamas overcome the constant fad diet (lose it gain it back) cycle and finally take control of their food and fitness for life.

I am so much more confident in who I am and who I want to be. I am also so much happier, have more energy and just loving the path that I am on. I start my mornings with a killer workout, which helps me start my day off strong. I get to be that auntie who is out playing and running around with the kids, not the one sitting down because I lack energy.

I promised myself I would do this for me and find myself again. I am a happier person since gaining confidence in myself again. I have a better ‘relationship’ with my husband 😉 because I am learning to not be ashamed of who I am/ my body. I am feeling STRONG each time I pick up those weights and then I pleasantly surprise myself when I do something I used to rely on/ wait for my husband to carry or do— which only reaffirms my commitment to continue to work hard. I am giving my kids a positive example of taking care of our bodies and that hard work is a healthy thing. I live for non-scale victories and am so dang proud of each one.

FUN FACTS ABOUT MELANIE
- I live in Minnesota and I am NOT a fan of cold weather. With that being said in October 2020 I made a decision to walk outside EVERY DAY no matter what -- so even tho the cold SUCKS I brave the weather for at least a mile each day and it's been a TRUE sanity saver for my mental health.
- I have 3 kids (4 including my husband? LOL) but we also have a 1yr old mini golden doodle named Millie who is my baby!! And 2 cats -- can't forget them 😉
- I love peanut butter and eat it daily and can justify it as a topping to just about anything!
- My favorite place I have ever traveled to is Hawaii but I love any trip that takes me to the beach!
- One quirky thing you may not know about me is that I love early mornings.. the earlier the better! I would much rather wake up at 2 am than go to bed at 2 am!!
- I believe that being healthy and fit isn’t a fad or a trend. It’s a lifestyle. And when you create habits that you can be consistent with in your life no matter what -- you will never "fall off the wagon" again!

Biography
Melanie Lund is an online food and fitness coach and Metabolic Effect certified Nutritional Consultant who helps mamas take control of their food, fitness, bodies and their life in the most simple and effective way for good. She is passionate about strength training and showing other women that they are capable and strong. Her core belief is that when you discover and learn longterm tools and strategies, you can easily eat and move for a lifetime. She loves helping mamas find simple solutions that not only transform their body, mind, life and the life of her family.
When she’s not coaching mamas and lifting weights, you can find her in the kitchen making muffins, taking a walk with her family, or busy making travel plans for her next vacation!
