It's Saturday morning and my husband is hunting this weekend. It's the first morning of four days alone with the kids. But the lack of help from the hubby is no big deal (so far) ?. I love to be in my kitchen in the morning creating yummy stuff. And today was no different, I opened the fridge and thought "what will it be?" I decided warm apples would be a good addition to scrambled eggs for the kids. This recipe is easy and tastes like warm apple pie!
Super Quick and Easy Cinnamon Apples
Ingredients
2 Apples
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 packets Truvia
1/2 tsp Corn Starch
2 T Water
Greek Yogurt
Optional Toppings:
Crushed Graham Cracker
Cool Whip
Apples and dry ingredients.
Chop those Apples and mix the other ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix dry ingredients and chopped apples with 2T water.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Add 2T Greek Yogurt to the warm apples.
Mix!
Seperate into bowls for the kids.
Add toppings!
Enjoy!
