My name is Melanie. I am mama, wife, friend, daughter, and fellow serial dieter. Over the last 5 years I have been helping women discover that becoming a fit, strong, and healthy mama can be done without all the BS of quick fix plans and nonsense diets. I teach women real food and fitness strategies that they can incorporate into REAL life. I also show them that with the support, encouragement, and knowledge of a coach and community just like them -- sustainable success and long term results are achievable.

What Happens After I Join?
Once you submit your payment, you’ll receive a welcome email and a separate email with your membership site login information. You will have instant access to the club portal and the private Facebook group once you log in.
If you don’t get an email within 30 minutes check you spam and then email me at info@realstrongmom.com. The Coaching Club membership is a month to month investment and you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
