I love to exercise.

You don’t.

I get that.

And that’s why I want you to know THIS:

Exercise CAN:

🍭 Be short and sweet

😝 Be doable even if you HATE 🥵 cardio

🎉 Be beneficial even if you only have 10 minutes

💝 Count as SELF CARE

🥳 Energize you when you are feeling tired

🤔 Be accomplished no matter how busy a mama you are…

Also.. I must say this:

If you are looking to lose weight YOU DON’T HAVE TO exercise... yep I said it. 🤦🏻‍♀️

What you put in your mouth is just as important if not MORE than exercise #realfood

BUT if you are looking to feel STRONG, lose weight, AND make real food and real fitness fit in YOUR real life 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Grab your dumbbells and give me:

10-20 minutes
