I love to exercise.

You don’t.

I get that.

And that’s why I want you to know THIS:

Exercise CAN:

? Be short and sweet

? Be doable even if you HATE ? cardio

? Be beneficial even if you only have 10 minutes

? Count as SELF CARE

? Energize you when you are feeling tired

? Be accomplished no matter how busy a mama you are…

Also.. I must say this:

If you are looking to lose weight YOU DON’T HAVE TO exercise... yep I said it. ??‍♀️

What you put in your mouth is just as important if not MORE than exercise #realfood

BUT if you are looking to feel STRONG, lose weight, AND make real food and real fitness fit in YOUR real life ??‍♀️??‍♀️

Grab your dumbbells and give me:

10-20 minutes 

4 days a week
