Quick and easy cookies for breakfast... Say WHAT??
Oh yes! Breakfast cookies are a totally healthy way for me to feed my kids in the morning AND they love to help me make them! Kids are more likely to eat food that they helped make so grab your kiddos and throw together these easy, yummy, protein packed, and healthy breakfast cookies!!
- 1 Cup Old Fashion Oats
- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 1/2 Cup Baking Stevia
- 1 Mashed Banana
- 1 Cup Applesauce
- 1/2 Cup Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Add them together and add in raisins or any other "add ins" you like. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Makes 12 cookies.
